Welcome to HappyMelon. These Terms govern your access to and use of happymelon.ai (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

The Site, including its design, code, text, graphics, and the HappyMelon name and watermelon logo, is owned by HappyMelon and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Services

Information about HappyMelon's services on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the performance of our agents, the accuracy of any predictions they make, or the results you may achieve from using our services. Any service engagement is governed by a separate agreement.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
