HappyMelon (“HappyMelon,” “we,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit happymelon.ai (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. If you email us (for example, at hello@happymelon.ai to request a sample run), we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics providers automatically log:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and timestamps
• Referring URL
• Approximate country (derived from IP)

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Reply to your inquiries
• Understand how the Site is used in aggregate
• Maintain, secure, and improve the Site

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

The Site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Analytics. Vercel processes request metadata to deliver the Site and aggregate usage statistics. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address when your browser requests fonts.

Data retention

Emails you send us are retained as long as needed to communicate with you and maintain records of the conversation. Aggregate analytics are retained according to Vercel's defaults.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise these rights, email hello@happymelon.ai.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one you reside in. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed in those countries.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page.
